After your treatment you will need to make some preparations to ensure that you
have the best recovery experience. Whenever a patient has cosmetic surgery or treatment
it is necessary to follow any post surgery instructions given by the doctor.

and will be based upon the individual requirements of the patient. You will still

Take time off to recover
Our treatments require minimal recovery time, but it is important that you rest

work to allow your body to heal. A little swelling and bruising is normal after

time is required for you to heal after your procedure. You will need to avoid any
form of physical exertion or strenuous exercises within this time.
Make yourself aware of the recovery process
It is important to avoid anxiety of apprehension during the recovery period and
one way to achieve this is to ensure you are familiar with the recovery process.
By being able to recognise what is normal and how long you will need to heal you
will feel more comfortable and relaxed during the process.
Your doctor will be available to answer any questions but by making sure you know
as much as possible about the recovery procedure you will feel much more calm and
